If anyone has had luck please let me know what you did to remedy as I've searched the forums and haven't found anything recent that is similar to my issue. Press and hold it until the Xbox button on your controller starts to blink. The bummer is that on the computer I migrated from (using PD15) it would work perfectly. It should have three small arrows ( >) next to it. I've also downloaded the driver for Windows 7 that I found, also to no avail. dmg file when it's finished, and (from the Finder window that pops up) run the installer. So I'm not able to update/un-install and re-install anything. Follow this link and download the driver's most recent disk-image. Click the apple icon in the top left corner of the screen and go to 'About This Mac' Click more info->system report-> USB Find the 360 controller and click. I followed the link in the message and tried to solve the issue using the "solution", however I was not able to see an entry for my controller under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" area (see attached screenshot).

When I plugged in my controller and after I'm prompted to have it work w/either Mac or Windows, I received the message, "Unable to connect 'Controller' to 'Windows 10' now. Connect the Xbox 360 Controller to your Mac Now that you’ve installed the driver, the next step is to connect the controller, which is simple and only needs to be done once. I purchased a new MacBook Pro and installed the new Parallels Desktop 16 with a fresh copy of Windows 10 on it (moved from an older MacBook Pro running Parallels Desktop 15).
